A guide, not an authority

TAFUTA CAREER is a free career guidance tool. It is not run by the Ministry of Education, KICD, KNEC or any school. Pathway, subject and career information is based on CBC documentation and general guidance, and it can be incomplete or out of date. Rules for choosing pathways and subjects come from the Ministry of Education and your school. Please confirm them there before any decision is final.

Results are suggestions

Career matches, interest quiz results and AI answers are suggestions to help you think. They are not tests, predictions or advice you must follow. Salary figures are approximate. Nothing here guarantees a place, a job or an income.

The AI chat

AI answers may be wrong or incomplete. Do not rely on them for admission rules, fees, deadlines or cut-off points, and do not use the chat for medical, legal or mental-health matters. Please read how messages are handled on the privacy page.

Using the site fairly

• Do not try to overload, scrape at scale or break the site, including the AI chat.
• Do not share other people's personal details in the chat.
• You may print and share your own results and the class sheet for teaching and guidance.

Availability

The site is provided as it is, free of charge. It may change, pause or be unavailable at times, and the AI chat may be switched off without notice to control cost or abuse. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for decisions made using the site.
